Students preregistration forms are now due Monday, Feb. 13, 2017.The course catalog will be online on Monday Feb6th. Please turn in your forms to your English teachers.

Juniors and Seniors interested in African-American Day at UNM please come see Ms. Haining.

Seniors we have a new Scholarship in Guidance! Come by and pick up the NMASBO High School Scholarship Application. It is due by February 10th.

The Plateau Education Foundation Scholarship are due postmarked no later than March 6, 2017. Applications postmarked after this date will not be accepted.

The NM Coalition of Educational Leaders Scholarship applications are due no later than February 24, 2017, to be considered.

Students who received academic awards we have your bars and letters in the Guidance office. Please ask your teacher for a pass to come see us.

Yearbooks are now $56 with free personalization until THIS FRIDAY!!!!!!! for underclassmen. Hurry and get your yearbook before the price goes up. Seniors your price will remain at $46 dollars. Yearbook has extended the deadline for Senior Ads to February 8th. For more info and deadlines, please pick up a flyer from the front office or Ms. Binder's.

Basketball Sweetheart week will begin next Monday, Feb 13th thru 17th. The Sweetheart dance has been canceled and will be replaced with a Sweetheart S'more cookout. More info to come.

Juniors!
It is highly recommended that you take the ACT and/or SAT in the Spring of your Junior year & the 1st or 2nd ACT and/or SAT tests in the fall of your Senior year to for college entry applications and college scholarships.

The ACT registration deadline is March 3rd for the April 8th ACT test. The SAT registration deadline is February 10th for the March 11th test. If you qualify for Free or Reduced lunch, you are allowed 2 ACT & 2 SAT fee waivers. See Ms. Madrid for these.

Moriarty High School Track Practice will begin Today at 3:30 pm at the MHS track. You must have a current physical and proof of insurance. If you have questions please contact Coach Bailey in the athletic office.

Please excuse all students performing in the winter extravaganza during prep. They are having a run through in the PAC.

Good luck to the MHS Boys and Girls Basketball teams tonight. Boys will be traveling to Valencia and Girls are at Capital.

Attention Seniors!!! If you have not turned in your Diploma name sheet to Mrs. Shirley please do so by December 21st. If you need another one please come by the guidance office.

This is a reminder to the students who are taking he ACT test this Saturday, December 10th to bring your Admission ticket, a current ID (school ID or NM Driver’s License or NM ID card), and an approved calculator. Ask your Math teachers if you can borrow a calculator if you do not have one. You will be responsible for it. So, be here at 7:30 a.m. with all of the above.

Choir students will be meeting in the choir room during prep on Friday for a group rehearsal. They have permission slips for their prep teacher to sign.
